Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of avidder.example (the "Site") and every platform-specific downloader page on it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
What Avidder does
Avidder lets you download publicly accessible video and audio content from a range of third-party platforms for personal, offline use. Each download is processed on request; we don't host, store, or maintain a library of the content you download.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Avidder only:
- For content you own, have explicit permission to download, or that's released under a license permitting reuse (such as Creative Commons or public domain).
- For personal, non-commercial, offline viewing or listening.
- In a way that doesn't infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of any person or platform.
You agree not to use Avidder to redistribute, resell, publicly re-upload, or commercially exploit content you don't have the rights to, or to automate bulk downloading in a way that could disrupt the Site or the platforms it interacts with.
No affiliation with third-party platforms
Avidder is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, X Corp, Vimeo, SoundCloud, Twitch, Reddit, Dailymotion, LinkedIn, or any other platform referenced on this Site. All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners.
No warranty
Avidder is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that any given link will process successfully, that a specific quality or format will be available, or that the Site will be available at all times. Platforms change their systems frequently, which can affect what Avidder is able to fetch.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avidder and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including anything arising from a third-party platform's terms of service or copyright claims related to content you download.
Your responsibility
You're solely responsible for ensuring your use of downloaded content complies with applicable copyright law and the terms of service of the platform the content came from. Avidder provides the tool; how you use it is on you.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or discontinue access to the Site, for any user, if we believe these Terms have been violated.
